By downloading or using the BaziPlanner mobile application (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The service

BaziPlanner provides Chinese Bazi astrology charts and daily guidance for personal, informational, and entertainment purposes only.

No professional advice

Content in the App is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Decisions you make based on the App are your own responsibility.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The App and its content are owned by BaziPlanner and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App.

Purchases

Any purchases or subscriptions are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including their refund policies.

Disclaimer & liability

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
